As fate would have it, our main garage door broke between Christmas and New Years. I called the after hours number and Ryan immediately called me back. He talked me through the process, explained what I could expect and told me that Matt Griffith had been assigned to my job. I was given an 8A - 10A window for my service call and Matt arrived at 8! He quickly diagnosed the issue, told me how he planned to fix the door and gave me a solid quote on the spot - no upselling! The parts I needed had to be ordered, but before Matt even left my house, the order had been placed and delivery was set in motion. Matt was back at my house the next morning with the part in hand and had the door repaired quickly. This experience was fantastic! I will definitely use them again!
