I had a broken spring over my garage door. I called Aaron Overhead Doors and spoke to Ryan. He sent out Kyle, the technician to handle the repair. Kyle did a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. After the repairs, Kyle made sure everything was working properly before he left. Replaced end bearing plates and the 18 ft torsion tube.
Put the door back on track, swapped the torsion tube, and end bearing plates.
Garage door out of track and not going up or down. I'm resetting cables and springs on garage door.

Put door back on track and replaced rollers. Once door was put back on track realized that the trolley had seared off on the rail (broken). Recommended replacing the operator with a WLED. Since the operator was 15 years old. Install wled 7 ft belt rail, no issues.
