My whole experience with Aaron Overhead Doors was great. The lady who answered the phone was very polite, and Matt, the repairman, arrived on time and did a good job. He changed our garage door backup batteries, did a tune-up and safety check, and even changed the lightbulbs for me. I was very pleased with the employees and the whole process. Thank you!

Kyle did such a great job with our garage door. He was very knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how quickly Kyle worked given the heat he was enduring. He was very personable, explained everything he was doing in detail and made sure that I understood everything about our new door installation. I don't expect that I will ever have another problem with our door with the quality installation that he did, but if we ever run into any problem, I will only call Aaron Overhead Doors to help us and I will request Kyle to do the work. I really enjoyed talking with him and the work that he performed.

Technician (Austin) lowered the sensors to fix the problem of the door not stopping when you try to stop it at about a foot from the ground. We asked previous technician (Cody) to lower the sensors but he said he could not do it because he could not attach the bracket to the concrete. However, Austin was able to attach it to the guide rail itself at a lower elevation. We could have avoided another service fee charge of $129.00 if Cody knew how to do it, when he replaced the torsion springs the first time we called for service from Aaron Overhead Doors.
