First time in 14 years, at the current residence, that I've had issues with my garage doors. One of the two doors would not open and close properly. The technician, Kyle from Aaron Overhead Doors, took care of the problem very quickly. I also had him inspect the other door and he found a potential safety issue with a support that was coming loose. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he had discovered and the process he used to make the repair. He also demonstrated how to properly lubricate the doors. Very pleasant experience from a LOCAL (Buford) vendor!
