I was a surprised when my technician told me that they don't repair Wayne Dalton torsion springs. I had called in and was told a torsion spring repair was $289.so I accepted that BUT how was I to know what torsion springs I had? To repair with a regular torsion spring repair was $107 more...since they were there and could do the job immediately. I went along with the repair. The Tech was excellent and completed the job in half an hour!

You replied "yes". So she priced it based on that. I'm sorry, I know you aren't an expert but we did the best we could with the info we had.
