A customer called in and wanted 2 springs for his garage door. He gave the ID# for the springs. I let him know that we do have the springs and could sell them to him but it’s only $100 more for us to replace the springs for him as the job is not safe. We don’t recommend people to change themselves. We set up an appointment for the following day to complete the job. The customer was happy with the door once finished.
