After an awful experience with a different company, I called AR-BE for a new overhead door and keypad. They were out the next day to inspect and measure. Price was good and included all new rails, spring and weatherstripping. So I scheduled the installation for a couple days after (they could have done it next day but I wasn't available). The installer was prompt, courteous, and quick... Total install time was about 2 hours. We love our new door. Thank you!

Broken spring
