Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The main hydraulic cylinder main seal is blown and will leak all fluid. Work Completed: Cleaned out the pit, Cut out the rotten steel. Cut and welded in the new 2x4 steel and painted all the new steel. Removed the damaged main ram and installed new main ram with new mounts. Added approximately 4L of hydraulic fluid and Painted the front black. Lubricated all components of the door and cycled multiple times for safe and proper information.

Service Call: Work Performed: Opened up all parts of Area 1 receiving area door to try and get the push bar to work. Managed to get it to a point where the one door can be locked and opened. Both doors need new push bars as well as the vertical locking mechanisms.
