Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The main hydraulic cylinder main seal is blown and will leak all fluid. Work Completed: Cleaned out the pit, Cut out the rotten steel. Cut and welded in the new 2x4 steel and painted all the new steel. Removed the damaged main ram and installed new main ram with new mounts. Added approximately 4L of hydraulic fluid and Painted the front black. Lubricated all components of the door and cycled multiple times for safe and proper information.
Service Call: Commercial Overhead Door Issue: The door will not open, it has a broken spring and some rollers. Work completed: Replaced the broken spring and 3 rollers, found one of the cables are damaged so they were also replaced. Cycled door multiple times for safe and proper operation.
Service Call: Commercial Dock and Overhead Door Issue: Dock and overhead door not working wont open or close Work Performed on Dock: Changed both hydraulic lines old lines were leaking, Topped up fluid Levels. Tested operation multiple times Work Performed on Overhead Door: Removed seized roller from upward bottom fixture Beat out roller shaft Install new roller Adjust limits on the operator Tested operation of door multiple times with customer
Service Call: Work Performed: Opened up all parts of Area 1 receiving area door to try and get the push bar to work. Managed to get it to a point where the one door can be locked and opened. Both doors need new push bars as well as the vertical locking mechanisms.
Service Call Work performed: Remove and replace control board, adjust speed and close rates. Test door for safe and proper operation
