The tech called 20 minutes before they arrived as promised. They had the required parts so no issue there. Took the tech about 10 minutes to program the remotes. They explained how to reprogram should that ever be an issue. Very satisfied with the parts and service.

I called for a quote prior to making a decision to Capital, I answered all the we questions honestly, and the cost of the job doubled when the tech arrived. Never again.

It is nice to know that great service people are still out there. I knew my garage door was old. I saw a Capital City work truck at Walmart the other day so I thought I would give them a call just to see what I was looking at as far as price. Joe came out, confirmed that I needed a new door and went over some options with me. I must say that at the beginning of this process I had no intentions on buying a door immediately. But when Joe came out I instantly felt comfortable. He showed me everything that was wrong with the door, he answered my questions, and went over some door options with me. He did not try to sell me anything on the spot, nor did he try to oversell his company or extra crap I didn’t need. He took his time and I ultimately decided to buy a door from him. He returned 2 days later with my new door, installed it quickly, showed me how it worked, went over some basic maintenance tips with me and I must say that I am truly satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. I was able to support a local business owned by a veteran (both of which are important to me) and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
