We installed a new door a couple months ago. Opener needed adjustmens for the new door.
Customer has their home for sale. Inspector failed doors because they were not balanced. We adjusted spring tension. Tuned & lubed doors. They are perfectly balanced.
Old door was damaged, I came out and removed old door and installed a new door with all new spring, hardware, and track. Also I made adjustments to their opener.
Customer called because their spring broke. We were able to squeeze them in and get their spring replaced. Tuned & Lubed door..also lubed screwrail. Got their door all fixed up and good to go for their weekend plans.
