Thank you for being responsive to my broken door issue and for getting Terry to repair it last evening. As you know, this is the second time that there was a malfunction since my new installation earlier this year. Fortunately, Terry was the technician that repaired it both times. Terry was not only able to repair it last night, but I believe that he found the initial problem as to why it broke twice. When Mike installed it, the loops at the end of the cables were way too large causing cables to come off of the connecting tabs Contributing to that is that Mike used 8'cables on a 7' door causing extra slack in the cables allowing them to become easily unhooked. Terry installed 7' cables on and with some fabrication, he was able to tighten up the cable loops so hat they are much tighter on the tabs. Terry is quite the trouble shooter and has the ability to think outside the box. He is a problem solver! He has the experience and know-how, and he he is there with the customer's best interest in mind, and he had a great personality. People like him make your company look very good. I'd also like to thank the ladies in the office to facilitate this repair.
