Even though it was well after normal business hours, Mike promptly returned my call and set an early morning appointment to rescue my car, trapped in the garage by a broken garage door spring. He arrived exactly when expected, then went above and beyond my expectations by not only replacing both springs, but also lubricating every moving part on the garage door and explaining what I could expect going forward. Pricing was very fair too...it was less than we'd paid several years ago for a similar repair at a different house.
