Had an issue with an older opener; Mike was helpful and friendly from the start, fit me into his schedule quickly, arrived timely and got me all fixed up quickly too. We found another minor issue just before he left, and he took care of that as well. Outstanding service, and I think both a very pleasant and ethical, client-centered experience. I will not hesitate to call again when I need any garage door service or, at some point, a new opener or door! Thanks again.
