Our Garage Door failed to work after "Grand Openings" normal business hours. The owner called me back shortly after I left them a message and walked me through the problem I had and he set a time and quoted price for the repair to help set my mind at ease. The technician phoned early to see if he could start as soon as he arrived. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing and how the old torque spring failed. When he was done with the repair, he performed a thorough inspection of all components and assured me the rest of the system was operating as designed. The bottom line is they didn't sell me something I didn't need even though I was vulnerable. I highly recommend Great Openings Garage Door!
