On a Saturday Mike returned a VM within minutes. He happened to be in the area and was at my house within 10 minutes. I expected a quote but Mike had the part on his truck and fixed it immediately. Time from the instant the spring until Mike had it fixed,,less than two hours. I will DEFINITELY use Grand Openings from this point forward.
