Mike showed exactly at the proposed time with a short notice, not even a minute late despite all the tornado warnings that we got in our area, and finished his job (tension spring replacement) exactly in one hour as he mentioned earlier.. Very kind and trustful person, will definitely call him again if any garage door issue arises in the future as well as highly recommend him if anybody needs a door repair.
