We were having problems with our garage door opening and closing, and were convinced that we would have to have a new one installed. I contacted Grand Openings and made an appointment. Matthew arrived when I was told he would be here, and after looking at our problem he told me all we needed was a brace. He did not even attempt to pressure me into purchasing a new door. He convinced me that a new door was not necessary. He was very pleasant and professional, made the repair, lubricated the door and torsion springs, and made adjustments to the opener. We got out a LOT less than we had expected. Initially, I was very hesitant about contacting a company I had never dealt with, but this turned out to be a great experience. If I ever need any more garage door work done, I will definitely have them come back out. The work was performed about a month and a half ago, and the door still operates perfectly.
