Called Mike on Monday morning (a very hectic time) and left a message because our garage door torsion spring had broken. He returned the call soon afterwards and offered to come by that day even though he was already swamped. Since it wasn't an emergency, I suggested the next day would be fine when he had more time available. He said he would be there at 0900am and he was! He showed up on time and assessed the situation. He figured out what was needed, double-checked that it would work and was done in less than an hour. It was a real pleasure to have someone commit to a time, show up at that time, and do the work well and with pride. We would definitely call Mike again and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
