Late yesterday we noticed our door would not close unless the pad was constantly held down - not a problem if you are coming in the house but definitely an issue if you are in the car and driving away. I had used GrandOpeningsGarageDoor late last year and used Mike's new query form to let him know of my issue. Inside of less than 30 minutes after posting the issue, Mike called and we setup an appointment for this morning. He showed up on-time and located the problem very quickly. He charged a fair price and I really appreciated his being on-time, being professional, and being very helpful. I am happy to use him again in the future and recommend him to anyone with garage door issues.
