The gears on our 12 year-old unit -- that we use as our primary entranceway -- were worn out. Michael articulated the options for getting the unit back in service in clear, to-the-point terms without any hint of a high-pressure sales pitch. We chose to replace -- more like upgrade -- the complete unit including the chain with a belt. We also replaced the original rollers with nylon rollers and had Michael service the other components. Michael was on-time, worked efficiently and effectively and was completely professional. The result was oustanding! Before, the garage door opening and closing was a loud, not-so-pleasant-sounding event experienced throughout our house. Now, we don't even hear it at all.
