I called in the morning the week of Thanksgiving and got help from Matt the same day for a tension spring issue. Matt was thorough with the job along with his son. Inspected after work, helped me out with the rubber replacements, lubed the whole thing. Overall great service. Will use Grand Door Openings again if needed.
