Garage door broke, I called Martin Garage Doors, Robbie showed up less than two hours later. Within an hour and a half he had it all patched up, lubricated, aligned, replaced our keypad, explained how the new one worked, why the old one broke, and what caused the door to break and showed me what he did to make sure it won't break that way again. And he didn't mind my 3-year old watching him work ;)
