Overton, NV Moapa Valley Sensors are not working causing the door to not close. Sensor pre wire brittle and broke Rewired sensor eyes. General maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
Opener header bracket pulled out of header run angle from ceiling to top of header use 4” lag bolts 6 per side Check the other 18 x 10 opener not loose but tan angle on this one also. Check other 2 doors adjust track lubed all 4 doors replaced missing hinge screws Warranty service
