I have had nothing but good experience with Pinnacle. They are always quick to respond and provide a high level of service. I called Brandon on Saturday, and told him about our issues. I told him it was not an emergency, but he said he could have somebody out first thing on Monday morning, which they did. His partner called back to schedule a time with me, and was able to get our door fixed in no time. (They even replaced a missing part on our door opener without being asked). Thanks guys. You rock.
