My torscion spring broke and tip top came out to check it out make sure nothing else was wrong. He was a very knowledgeable, gentleman. Great service from this company. Come to find out, my barings were bad too. He showed me the difference between my old ones and new ones so it didnt look like he was trying to get me to buy more stuff. I didnt get that kind of vibe from him, anyway. Everything works great now! I will use them again with any garage door needs, in the future.
