After I tried the do-it-yourself route and only made things worse, Robert showed up with the help I needed. Prompt, courteous, efficient and accommodating. He had me back in operation quickly. He made suggestions for other improvements, but I never felt "hustled." The charges were reasonable and the work satisfactory in every way.
