The technician (Nick) was on time, polite and professional. After troubleshooting the problem he gave me three options for repair. He was not pushy just gave his opinion. He explained the new door opener and answered all my questions. The job was completed in the amount of time stated. It was a pleasure to have Nick as the technician. Very knowledgeable
