The Homeowner called to explain gate wasn’t working at all from the Keypad any longer. Arrived and began by confirming gate, receiver and power to Control Panel were actually working properly, but as homeowner thought, problem was in fact an older model Keypad. We first checked power at the Keypad & determined that the power was not the issue. We replaced the Keypad itself, programmed the new Keypad properly and completed our work promptly for the Homeowner. Success again!
