"It has been a Pleasure to experience this 'Family owned' and operated business." I wish that I had contacted them 8 years ago when I first tested my basement and began researching Radon Mitigation Contractors - I would have been able to afford mitigation and enjoy our basement without worrying about inhaling radon while working out.
John competently mitigated my finished basement radon issue. He showed up on time, performed all the work in a "workmanlike" manner including core-drilling through the foundation wall. I supplied the electrical service per our agreement. I added a KBWC-16K Wall Mount AC Fan Motor Control to slow down (run more efficiently) the standard fan that was installed. Everything is working perfectly and my "radon" reading went from over 8 to 1.2, The point of extraction was inside a small closet, directly into the footing gravel ... no sump pump pit involved.
I got lots of advice from radon contractors. John was knowledgeable, and correct. My radon levels went from 11 to 1.6 using the less intrusive, less expensive method that he recommended. It definitely pays to go with someone who has experience, training, and knowledge.
