I do a lot of work with contractors and have pretty much given up on finding good ones. When you have an experience like I did with Advanced infra red it gives you hope again. The experts that came out to help me knew their stuff. They methodically went through my building checking everything to find my water leak. I had a unique situation with a tenant who has way too much stuff in their place, making it extra difficult to scan for leaks, but advanced infra red made accomodations to work around it. Overall Excellent Experience highly recommend using these Guys!
