Their great reviews as one of the top home inspection companies in San Diego made a big impact on our decision to go with them and we weren't disappointed like out last inspection. We hired The Property Inspection Pros to do our 11 month warranty inspection on our new home. Sam found numerous defects we didn't even know about like an under sized wired that is wired to the wall oven. We have told several of our neighbors about their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an 11 month warranty inspection or general home inspection. They also included a visual mold inspection and used equipment such as a thermal camera, moisture meter, and gas and carbon monoxide detectors.
