Jeff did a great job explaining his findings. We weren’t looking for a bargain inspection, wanted an experienced professional to protect us making our largest investment. We were able to negotiate a number of his findings and saved at least $4500. The water heater was on it’s last leg and the HVAC system was original and the front system would not cool and will be replaced.
Bruce came highly recommend by not only my parents but my agent. With the report he provided we were able to negotiate a few expensive repairs that even the seller were not aware of. Thanks Bruce and we will recommend him as well. The appointment was easy to schedule and at the last minute!

Bruce our inspector showed up on time and was full of knowledge and took his time to answered all of our questions. He put us at ease and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great home inspector.
The inspection company got us the report quickly and we negotiated a number of safety item repairs that save us thousands of dollars. We have used other companies in the past and this is San Diego’s number one home inspection company, very professional.
Jeff told it to us straight and we appreciate it! My husband John called several the inspection company for appointments and Jeff was the only one willing to come out on Sunday. He’s a retired marine and did a great job! The robinson room was a big concern of ours and the report showed everything. We highly recommend the inspection company and won’t call anyone else.
Thank you for fitting us in. We have a tight schedule and appreciate the timely report.
Jeff’s findings helped us negotiate the cost of resurfacing the pool and replacing the original filter system. We have scheduled a mold inspection because of the moisture he found in the bathroom. Great work!
We appreciate the attention to detail.
