Duplex inspection revealed several leaving sinks that could lead to organic growth and an aging water heater that is not performing as needed. A number of window seals have failed and the buyer will have a solid list to negotiate a price reduction.
Orange County home inspection reveals that the chimney has pulled away from the exterior wall. Newer HVAC system installed operating great. Older windows some have missing sash cords which make the windows drop/ won’t stay open which is a safety hazard.
