Trees touching houses is highway for insects and rodents to on and into a home. Our recommendation would to remove or trim back all vegetation and trim limbs away from the property.
Leaking filter, pump and inoperable water heater were noted during the pool inspection. Additionally lights strung over the pool from the house to the fence is a major safety concern and we recommend removing them immediately. Other inspection items included wood rot, open ground outlets and inoperable GFCI outlets.
Wells are out of the scope of a normal property inspection but we went above and beyond like going from the sea to sky. We found numerous leaks at the holding tank, and the pump was loud and leaking.
Garage evaluation revealed a pull down ladder installed in the ceiling which breeches integrity of the firewall. Also noted in the report that the door from the garage to the house is a non fire rated door.
Buyers property inspection water heater was found to be leaning. This is something we identify in our report. There were several other items found in this house.
