I chose Protection Plus because they were able to take over my residential alarm monitoring as well as get my video surveillance back online for remote viewing. John was simply fantastic. I had a problem with front door lock which kept on jamming and causing issues leaving and entering the house. John diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the lock, adjusted the door position within the door frame which was part of the problem and adjusted the slot the deadbolt was sliding into to make sure the deadbolt locked in place as intended (the bolt was not sliding in all the way and as a result could have been opened from the outside, scary and improper original installation). He truly went over and above the call of duty. No sales pressure. Free advice, tips and home security suggestions. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was very punctual and finished very quickly. This was an outstanding overall experience and I will be sure to recommend him to people I know. Thank you again John for all your help.
