Raj showed up on time and was very polite and pleasant. He quickly opened up the a/c unit and performed multiple tests, including verifying the fault (shorted compressor) after he identified the problem. He then immediately contacted the home office to expedite the repair, which will require a new a/c unit to be shipped in from out of state. He constantly kept me informed of what he was doing and the status of his conversations with the home office. Bottom line, I give Raj a 5/5 for excellent customer service.
