Initially we met Claudio for a consultation where he outlined the work involved and quoted prices of parts and labour. He was very professional and confident in his manner. He ordered all parts and was able to start the job within a few days after initial consultation When he did the repairs, he worked diligently and meticulously! He respected my property and cleaned up each area that he did repairs on. He took all garbage out with him and left my home clean and in order. I was very impressed. He was friendly and informative. He explained each part of the job. He tested all the new faucets and piping and showed me how everything worked. He was knowledgeable about his work. A real pro! I had a very good experience with Leaside plumber Claudio Di Batista and felt at ease that the job was being done properly ! I would not hesitate to recommend Claudio to other customers! The cost of the job was expensive but the plumber had a full days work. However, the quote given to us more or less matched the actual final cost so there were no big surprises there. When challenge presented itself with removal of old toilet, provided 3 possibilities in order for me to reach conclusion re best route to take. Problem added hours to the job and need for me to deal with untiled space but pleases with "Just Right" toilet and the fact it was installed today. Delighted with the "handle" faucets!!! Should have done that 5 years ago.
