We have subscribed to the monthly heater service contract with McAllister for over four years. We have needed service only once, but it was delivered quickly. The contract also provides an annual maintenance check-up. We have a high efficiency boiler which requires specialized knowledge which McAllister has provided. We obviously feel well served since we have stayed in the program (and if there has been a price increase it was only for a dollar or two). The annual maintenance is probably closely related to the fact of only one service call. Ed, our service rep is knowledgeable, careful, and very systematic (as well as very punctual). He is friendly and courteous, and we feel that McAllister is lucky to have him. In speaking with him, he says that McAllister is the best company he has ever worked for, so the appreciation goes both ways. Happy, knowledgeable employees provide outstanding customer service!
