Called office for service mid to late afternoon and call was received professionally and cordially. Technician was prompt called ahead ( always a good idea). He found the problem quickly and fixed it PDQ. All the while informing me of the details. The man is a credit to your company and reflects well on the person or persons who possessed the foresight to hire him

I wanted to make sure Ed was recognized for his exceptional service. I was already anxious about the situation and he did absolutely everything to thoroughly investigate, explain everything clearly and put my mind at ease. He was extremely professional, considerate, polite, caring and truly put the customer first. This is not common nowadays so I appreciate it even more when I see it. He took the time to even put on shoe caps coming inside without asking. But even though there wasn’t anything he needed to repair, he gave me expert advice and suppressed every concern. My technician, Ed, was excellent. He was friendly and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic of my air conditioning unit issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I have used McAllister a few times for tune-ups and diagnostics on my older systems, they have proved to be reliable and reasonable. I will continue to use them for my heating and AC units!
