I wanted to make sure Ed was recognized for his exceptional service. I was already anxious about the situation and he did absolutely everything to thoroughly investigate, explain everything clearly and put my mind at ease. He was extremely professional, considerate, polite, caring and truly put the customer first. This is not common nowadays so I appreciate it even more when I see it. He took the time to even put on shoe caps coming inside without asking. But even though there wasn’t anything he needed to repair, he gave me expert advice and suppressed every concern. Even explaining general house advice or best practices. As an anxious person this means the world to me.
