This is the first time I was less than happy with service. I found him in the utility room talking on the phone with the door closed. This is first time a technician closed the door while working. I told him I was hearing an unusual sound sometimes when the heater kicked on. He said it was probably because of some part that needed to be replace or would soon need to be replaced for over $600. He then said my filter was very clean probably because my house was clean. I don’t think he changed the filter because I did not see a used one discarded in the trash as has been done in the past. Very disappointed this time.
