Pickup and delivery were excellent. They worked with my schedule so that it was convenient for me. Time was taken to communicate with me throughout the restoring and refinishing process. For example, one drawer of the furniture was completed so I could see it and determine if I wanted to change anything with respect to shade, glazing, color before finishing the other pieces. I am appreciative of that communication. Of course, I would have liked the price to be less expensive. Mumford's quality of work and customer service is important. So, I would and will go with Mumford in the future for furniture restoring because I trust their work.
