I was pleased with the finished product, but really shocked by the cost. I had more pieces to be worked on but truthfully, I just can’t pay the price. One small chair was quoted as $600.00 to glue an arm and replace upholstery. No stuffing was needed just the covering. I have more chairs to be glued but my budget is wiped out for quite a while. Will I go back to Mumford, yes, but I’ll have to save up for a while. Pleased but sad.

I was fortunate to find a small but battered wooden bookcase at a local thrift shop. I bought it for $19 with the idea of painting it. Once I got it home and saw it's beautiful potential, I took it to Mumford's to assess its possibility for restoration. I had excellence guidance in choosing a finish.
