I own a condo that was poorly built (and in Thornton Park, go figure). Drywall behind shower tiles.... I believe Charlie, while being incredibly polite and professional, is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He called me to tell me the walls really weren't 'square' and he was concerned about the lines not looking so great. Well, to the naked eye, it looks perfect...and I'm a picky old lady who actually has a great eye noticing things that aren't straight. Jack was equally professional, knowledgable and personable. Can say enough regarding their talent and work ethics. The price? High but worth it. That said, you have 100% of the information on my credit card. I trust you will black out all that info on the invoice, and anywhere else you may have it. That's way outside my comfort zone.
