James was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his willingness to answer all the questions I had at the time. He even bought my trash cans up from the curb which I didn’t expect. Very pleased with our interaction.

I happened to be home when the Greenlawn man came. I watched and he was walking randomly all over the yard spraying with a hose. It didn’t appear he was doing the other side of the front lawn because he came to door with the pamphlet and I met him there and asked if he was going to do the other side. He did do it after I asked but I don’t believe that was his intention.
