They're too aggressive with the spot weed killing wand. It left dead spots on my lawn that have not recovered. I have brought this to the attention of the people in the office to no avail.

While the fertilizing was fine, the yard was too wet to have the equipment on it. Tore up my yard in several spots. I am trying to feed the lawn so I have a nice lawn and you guys are tearing up the grass - soon I will have not grass to feed!

The price they charge is pretty low and the work done is high quality including the cleanup. Have been using them for 6 to 7 years and never a complain. Would definitely recommend.

No dandelions but still a lot of weeds throughout the front and back yards. Along edges but also in the middle of the yard area. Use of the motorized cart makes the application go fast but doesn't allow you to get close to edges or dead end spots, Why not also hand spray these spots? overall not very please with the service so far, with respect to weed control with the multiple species of weeds present
