The first visit I received went well, a week after the Techs left, I noticed one spot in my backyard that did not come in. It looked burnt. Although it was zoysia grass, I knew it was burnt. I have aerated my lawn every year and take very good care of it. This spot has has always come in nice and green. The rest of the zoysia grass started to come in and I called to see if they had any suggestions. I wasn’t blaming the Tech but it was odd this happened after they treated it. A few days later a Tech called me, he wasn’t very nice or understanding, in fact, he became very irritated and agitated because I disagreed with him about it being doormat still. I tried to explain that I know my lawn, I know doormat zoysia and this is burnt. I have the benefit of the doubt since it was early, to see if the area that he thought was doormat would come back in. After another week, 95% of the grass on my lawn was nice and green but this spot still. I called to speak to a supervisor and they said in 48hrs they contact me. Waited 48hrs plus a couple days, no response. Called again and was told same thing, it’s been 4 days, still not response and with all this rain, the area is starting to become bare. Very disappointed and trying to decide if I should move on. A supervisor should have called if not came out to the property. I been in sales for 30 years, it’s the customers who are upset that are the most important, not the ones that are happy! Right now I’m not happy!

Not happy with service, after complain for weeds , no improvement in grass, I got more weeds after Green loan start service. I don’t know why service people don’t see themselves that there are lots of weeds in front yard. They come and go, never ring bell and ask do you have any problem, no customer service. Also give enough notice in advance about 2-4 days, so if some one has any questions can ask or send email.. sorry to say service is extremly poor., I wold not recomand to other people. I will cancelled my contract for next year
