Hi today I didn't notice any disease or insect damage. I recommend watering the lawn with 1-2 inches of water a week between 5-9 am watering mid day can burn the lawn and at night can cause diseases. Try to do it in 2-3 irrigation cycles per week watering deep and infrequent gets more water into the soil. Weather will become hot and dry as we move into the summer months. If browning occurs in the lawn around this time of year it's most likely disease coming out in the lawn. If it starts in one area and progressively starts to look like it's getting worse, give us a call and we can come take a look. Mowing higher helps to retain moisture, encourages deep root growth, leaves more grass blades for photosynthesis and deters insects, disease and weeds. Take a ruler and measure the length of the blade after a cut. Don't trust the setting on your mower. Be aware that any edging along driveways and sidewalks will cause weeds, so if you choose to edge, be sure you are hitting the grass blades a

I made sure to treat entire lawn including both sides of driveway. I also used the 200 gallon tank full of weed control to manually spray all your weeds and clovers on your lawn Also remember to water the lawn typically early in the morning, 2 to 3 times a week and about 2 inches of water so you can see the maximum effects on your lawn and you get the results you most desire

Hello today I came to your property for your aeration and seeding application. I made sure to service the entire property today, with these machines were taking cores out of the soil and dropping the seed into the hole and the surface as well for better rooting system to be established. The Cores that are on the lawn will naturally disintegrate back into the lawn overtime with watering and cutting. With this application, we recommend you do not cut the lawn for the next 10 to 14 days to allow the seed to start growing. We also recommend that you water the lawn for the next 25 days for about 10 to 15 minutes in each section to give the new grass seed the hydration it will need to germinate properly. Thank you and have a great day.

Hi Mr. Moonan, got round 2 done for this property today as well ! I spotted a couple of thin spots in the back yard already seeded , so just keep up with watering 1-2 times a week and bump it to 3 when it gets hotter outside . 30 minutes each session and the earlier the better . Thank you and take care ! Also if you wouldn't mind leaving a review of my service I'd greatly appreciate it !
