Juan Had some very obvious business sense: First he was timely, even a bit early. He was neat and very presentable and clearly experienced and knowledgeable.. Second he asked questions and quickly diagnosed the most likely cause of the problem. Third he made clear what he was going to have to do. And fourth, he was quick and efficient in his work and tested the system before leaving.
