It took 3 times for service people to come out and 'fix' problem. Not sure it is fixed yet. "Office Manager" did not return calls and there was no one to fill in for her IF she was unavailable. We had an emergency but no one from your company was responsive om a timely basis. Our neighbors had to fix our emergency twice until service person coud come out. We are still waiting for parts to finally fixed the irrigation system. Even the last person stated that the prior service persons did not do a good job. His work is yet to be tested. Your company is very poor with communications. The office manager was not very customer oriented. Receptionist was sympathic but everything had to go though the office manager. And I had to pay for a job that the service people did not properly do.
