The tech-Antonio-who came to service our broken system was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was great. The company itself has fallen in customer service. As an existing customer, I waited 3 days for someone to return my call about scheduling an appointment. By day 3, I called the number again and said if I do not receive a call today, I'm contacting the owner and BBB. You call a lady who makes you repeat all your existing information-name, address, email, etc, that should already be in their system. She then passes that to another lady to "schedule"the appointment. The scheduling young lady is where problem lies. She just doesn't call people back. Same thing has happened to my neighbors. If you can Antonio scheduled to come, he does fabulous work...big IF with way current system set up. New owner needs to re-evaluate his set up!
